Terms of Use — Property-Autopilot

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Property-Autopilot ("Property-Autopilot," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at www.property-autopilot.com, the web application at app.property-autopilot.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Property-Autopilot is a property-intelligence platform that provides homeowners with:

A personalized Property Health Score based on property profile, age, assets, and maintenance history.
A Property Passport — a complete record of your home's systems, components, and service history.
A prioritized maintenance plan with next-best-action recommendations.
Replacement timeline estimates and projected costs (available on select plans).

The Service is a planning and organizational tool only. Property-Autopilot does not perform property inspections, provide licensed engineering or contracting advice, issue insurance policies, appraise property values, or certify the condition of any property. Information provided by the Service is for general informational and planning purposes and does not constitute professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other technical assessments.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@property-autopilot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plan Tiers

Property-Autopilot offers the following subscription tiers (subject to change prior to general availability; see our pricing page for current terms):

Homeowner Starter: Free. Up to 5 assets tracked per property.
Homeowner Basic/Pro: Paid monthly or annually. Up to 25 assets tracked per property.
Homeowner Premium: Paid monthly or annually. Up to 50 assets tracked per property; includes replacement timeline and cost projections.

4.2 Founding Member Plans

During our pre-launch period we may offer discounted Founding Member pricing to early supporters. Founding Member pricing applies to the plan tier specified at time of purchase and is subject to the general terms of these Terms of Use.

4.3 Lifetime Plans — Scope and Limitations

If Property-Autopilot offers a plan described as "Lifetime," "Lifetime Access," or another one-time-payment lifetime offer, "Lifetime" means access to the core Property-Autopilot service included in that offer for as long as RDP-Ventures continues to operate and make that purchased service generally available to consumers. It does not mean the purchaser's natural lifetime and does not guarantee that every current or future feature, third-party service, storage level, AI usage allowance, premium add-on, separately priced module, or enterprise feature will be included. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, Lifetime access is personal to the purchasing account and is not transferable.

We may change, replace, or discontinue individual features as the service evolves, but we will not intentionally convert a purchased Lifetime plan into a recurring subscription fee for substantially the same core service that was included in the Lifetime offer. Any fair-use limits, usage caps, included modules, exclusions, or money-back guarantee applicable to a Lifetime offer will be disclosed at or before purchase. If Property-Autopilot is permanently discontinued, Lifetime access ends, subject to any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

4.4 Billing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in U.S. dollars. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access through that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except as required by law or as stated in Section 4.3 for Lifetime plans.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content.
Use the Service for commercial purposes other than your own property management without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, algorithms, scoring methodology, and underlying software, is owned by Property-Autopilot and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial property management purposes.

You retain ownership of the property data you enter into the Service. By submitting data to the Service, you grant Property-Autopilot a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PROPERTY-AUTOPILOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE SERVICE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RECOMMENDATIONS OR ESTIMATES PROVIDED ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC PROPERTY CONDITIONS.

PROPERTY-AUTOPILOT IS NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR, INSPECTOR, ENGINEER, INSURANCE BROKER, OR FINANCIAL ADVISOR. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROPERTY-AUTOPILOT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property-Autopilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@property-autopilot.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English, with proceedings held virtually or in Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
