• Waitlist and contact submissions: email address and name when you join our waitlist or contact us.
• Payment information: if you purchase a paid plan, payment card and billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interactions with the Service (including demo interactions such as Property Health Score calculations).
• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral URL, and device identifiers.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies for authentication and preference cookies to remember your settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

If you sign in using Google OAuth or another supported identity provider, we receive your name and email address from that provider. We do not receive your password.

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• Generate your personalized Property Health Score, maintenance plan, and Property Passport.
• Provide next-best-action recommendations based on your property's profile, location, and service history.

• Send service and product updates if you have opted in or have an active account relationship with us.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve and develop the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
