The Property Health Score is a transparent planning metric (0–100) that reflects your home’s maintenance currency, asset condition, overdue items, documentation completeness, and seasonal readiness. Clicking the score shows exactly what affects it. It is a planning tool — not an inspection, insurance, or certification score.

Your Property Passport is a complete, organized record of your home — every asset, service history entry, warranty, receipt, photo, and document — stored in one place. When you sell, it transfers cleanly to the buyer, giving them a full history of the home they’re purchasing.

Yes. Your property data is treated as sensitive information. Property Autopilot uses secure authentication, encrypted transport, and row-level access controls. You own your data — you can export, share, or delete it at any time. We never sell your data to third parties.

Property Autopilot tracks all major home systems and assets including HVAC (central AC, split/ductless mini-split, heat pumps), water heaters (traditional tank, tankless, heat pump water heaters), roofing, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more. Each asset type has its own maintenance schedule, service reminders, and replacement cost estimates tailored to your home’s age and location.
