Frequently Asked Questions

Property-Autopilot is a property-intelligence platform that builds a personalized home maintenance plan based on your home’s location, age, systems, service history, and local environmental conditions. It tells you what your home needs next — and why — so you stay ahead of problems instead of reacting to them.

Most apps give you a generic national checklist. Property-Autopilot builds a plan specific to your home — factoring in your ZIP code climate, system ages, actual service history, and seasonal patterns. Every recommendation includes a reason, a priority level, and whether you need a professional or can handle it yourself.

The Property Health Score is a transparent planning metric (0–100) that reflects your home’s maintenance currency, asset condition, overdue items, documentation completeness, and seasonal readiness. Clicking the score shows exactly what affects it. It is a planning tool — not an inspection, insurance, or certification score.

Your Property Passport is a complete, organized record of your home — every asset, service history entry, warranty, receipt, photo, and document — stored in one place. When you sell, it transfers cleanly to the buyer, giving them a full history of the home they’re purchasing.

Property-Autopilot is currently in development with beta access opening soon. Join the waitlist for early access and Founding Member pricing when we launch. Early adopters get priority access and help shape the product with their feedback.

Yes. Your property data is treated as sensitive information. Property-Autopilot uses secure authentication, encrypted transport, and row-level access controls. You own your data — you can export, share, or delete it at any time. We never sell your data to third parties.

Property-Autopilot tracks all major home systems and assets including HVAC (central AC, split/ductless mini-split, heat pumps), water heaters (traditional tank, tankless, heat pump water heaters), roofing, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more. Each asset type has its own maintenance schedule, service reminders, and replacement cost estimates tailored to your home’s age and location.

Pricing details will be announced at launch. Founding Members who join the waitlist now will lock in deeply discounted charter pricing. Our goal is to make professional-grade property intelligence affordable for every homeowner — a small monthly investment that pays for itself by avoiding just one unexpected repair.
